A donation to Heart-Links “In honour” of a friend or relative is a meaningful way to make a gift. The most common “In honour” donations are made to recognize occasions such as birthdays, retirements, wedding anniversaries, or other special events that have made a difference in the life of an individual or a family. By donating to Heart-Links your gift will make a difference in the lives of women, men and children in northern Peru as well.

To make an “In honour” gift, please print and complete the donation form giving us the name and address of the recipient and mail it to Heart-Links. We will send them a card notifying them that a donation has been made in their name in honour of the occasion. A receipt for the gift will be sent to you.
