Heart-Links issues a charitable tax receipt for gifts of $15 or more.

As a monthly donor, you commit to giving Heart-Links a monthly gift from your chequing account. This way of giving is easy and convenient for you, and for Heart-Links, it provides a reliable source of funding so we can plan ahead and promise long-term support to our Peruvian friends.

Your gift is automatically transferred to Heart-Links from your bank account on the 15th or the 30th day of the month. This means you can budget your contribution across twelve (12) equal installments. The Bank of Montreal (BMO) has generously agreed to waive all transaction and processing fees so that there is absolutely no cost to Heart-Links.

To become a monthly donor, download and fill out our Donor Form, and mail it, together with a VOID cheque, to Heart-Links.

Or you can donate online through Canada Helps. Just click here and choose Monthly.

As part of our obligations as a registered charity and of our commitment to our donors, Heart-Links sends regular delegations to monitor the community development projects we support in Peru.

Your donation of Aeroplan Miles to Heart-Links will help reduce the cost of our monitoring trips and free up more money for our Peru projects.

Make a one-time donation or update your Aeroplan profile so that 2% of all the new miles you earn go straight to Heart-Links! Donate here.

Changes announced in the 2006 Federal Budget made it much more attractive to donate gifts of publicly traded securities to registered charities. You can enjoy significant tax savings when you make a donation of appreciated securities in the form of an “in-kind” transfer. For tax purposes, Heart-Links will issue a charitable receipt for the fair market value of the securities. Fair market value is the closing price of the securities on the day the gift is received by Heart-Links.
