This project provides team training and legal support to Heart-Links’ former agents in Zaña as they take their first steps as a legally constituted non-governmental organization.

The three women who have run Heart-Links programs for women, youth and children in the Zaña Valley for many years will head up the new Madre Oliva Association. Incorporation will allow these dedicated community organizers to apply to government programs, seek funding from a wider range of sources, and plan for the future.
